Radhika T. Vardhan

FOUNDER

I am a mechanical engineer with post graduate diploma in business administration. After 18 years of experience in IT Services industry, I started my journey with California real estate in 2018. While the business is extremely organized at a macro level, I see a huge opportunity in the standardization of REBOps (Real Estate Business Operations) practices. Being a certified project management professional, I applied my past experience and ideas in my first job! Inspired by the results, I founded TMS-Transaction Management Services in 2021, offering the services to agents across 10 plus brokerages. We are honored to be preferred vendors for Keller Williams Offices in Cupertino and Santa Clara Valley.

I am also actively involved in ToastMasters Club, and serving as the President for PMI Silicon Valley Toastmasters Club.

My other interests include writing, board games, cooking, and networking!

Aparna Varre

TRANSACTION COORDINATOR

I am an electrical and electronics engineer. This is my first full time job and the experience has been very rewarding in last 3 years! I thought being transaction coordinator is more of an assistant job, until I joined TMS and realized the technology footprint in the industry. Everyday, there is something new to learn:)
